The Challenge
The project faced several challenges that hindered the user experience for food delivery and reservation in Saudi Arabia:
Limited Options and Inefficiency: Existing solutions offered a restricted range of restaurants and a cumbersome process for finding and reserving tables or ordering food.
Lack of Personalization: Users lacked personalized recommendations that catered to their individual preferences and dietary needs.
Unreliable Ordering and Delivery: Users faced difficulties with ordering processes and struggled with late or unpredictable deliveries.

The Geet app addressed these problems by offering:

Before jumping into the process of creating my solution, I checked out some popular food delivery apps in Saudi Arabian market. I interacted with the platforms and read their customer reviews. This helped me identify some drawbacks in the existing solutions and opportunities for a better user experience.
